Pre-pay should be received no later than the Friday prior to the event (one week in advance) for the reduced price. Pre-pay sent by mail should be post marked one week prior to the event.

Pre-pay sent by PayPal should be sent to steve(at)nerochicago.com. You need to add $1 per person to the pre-pay price if you pre-pay by this method. Pre-pay by PayPal is still due 1 week prior to the event starting. You can also use PayPal to pay your event fee after the pre-pay period, just add the $1 per person charge as well. In both cases please bring a print out of your payment confirmation to the event in case we missed it or you paid after we left. If paying for multiple people please list their names in the comments section or send an e-mail with the information to Logistics. (please make Logistics an e-mail link)
